American Debt
seems like the trilogy
dealt to the Afrikkan upon his/her arrival
So here I am on any given day on
the premise of freedom without restraint
Few days ago I had to throw
caution to the wind ...like be in the
cross section for liberated people across the land prompting #socialjusticewithoutborders
Figuratively be in the crosshairs the
Assassins' Creed aka code of dishonor.
Destroy,  dismiss, dismantle principle truths...deny inalienable rights...yes human rights, life, liberty and limb.
Retrospect Moms was on her paycheck
(unequal) for a fair days work rhetoric.
No rhyme no reason enough to break pertual cycle of impoverished mindset .
No social wealth nor tangible evidence of collective experiences.
Selfish at its root to be relevant and to be "dominant rule" over no Village.
Truth be told she has her faculties.
However points of reference are selective,
partial. ..bias, tainted perceptions of
ghetto laid down burdens.
No... nobody created the living paycheck to paycheck badgebof honor or struggles.
Yet the biggest disservice is taking the #ittakesavillage out the equation.
What ever happened to potluck or gumbo pot.
Sure would like to have been in one of those up in Harlem Rent parties.
Actually had paid off someone's rent.
Then or now...that's timeless doesn't matter.
All the chatter now is so and so got evicted as a social disconnect sad social commentary
I wonder how that happened.
Back then too much time in the juke joint
Nowadays time spent on social media while one going broke...false hope on a gofundme campaign. ...different time...misery loves company just the same...little or no economic gains to speak of..rising cost of instant dame..finger pointing and whose to blame.   kqs
